I have been to this hotel 3 times, and always get treated very nice by the staff,they have clean rooms and great service to attention ,thats a big plus to me, i need it a taxi and they got it for me very quickly . jessica that works in the front office is very cool and very funny. make sure to talk to her and let her know your need and she will take care of you. Nice place.
It was very nice to stay in this hotel. The most interesting thing was the clean environment, the good welcome from the front desk by Jessica Garcia, she communicate very well with the guests and address all problems with ease. I will recommend this place for anyone . United States of America

Visiting the parents in Pharr!
Was a very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Stayed four nights, and was very pleased. Good value for the money. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was cleaned everyday, and housekeeping was at our service each time requested. Added on the fourth night without a problem with same rate as originally booked. United States of America
