The front desk staff will bend over backwards to take care of your needs and answer all your questions.. Great hotel, very clean and great costumer service, the holiday decoration was excellent. Provides free shuttle to the most famous parks and its close to several restaurants and stores. Our room was spotlessly clean and had recently been remodeled. Would recommend.

We only stayed one night but everything was clean and the customer service was stellar. Staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made our visit very comfortable. This property gave me a little peace and quiet time. It was a short walk from the car park to the room, a very well lay out. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location. The best value closest to Disney. United States of America
Great place to stay !
I have stayed here to many times to count in between Disney vacations as a getaway. They are a Disney affiliates hotel! The hotel is secured with a guard 24-7, rooms are very nice. They have a pool and restaurant, so if you chose to stay in for an evening you have everything you need. The location is awesome, right next to Disney’s gate and 2-3 minutes from Disney springs. If you come a little early for a Disney vacation like I do or just need a short vacation come here. The prices are reasonable. United States of America

We had a wonderful time at the Rosen Inn lake Buena vista. The rooms are very clean , and the staff, Very friendly personnel, assist me with all my inquiries. Hotel is very clean, quiet, with conformable beds and rooms. It is a value for money place to stay at least for a short time that i was there. United States of America

It has become my go to when visiting Disney. A real value. Clean comfortable rooms, free parking, friendly helpful staff. Walking distance to many restaurants. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, wide screen TV. If you need a great comfortable place to stay United States of America

Every time I've been to Orlando, without question this is always the first hotel I look for, it always looks nice, it's in a great location, not far from downtown Disney and plenty of restaurants, the restaurant that they have is excellent and their staff is always friendly.
