What a great venue, facility and hotel. Everything one working there were providing fantastic customer service. The hotel great is clean and we'll maintained.
Very large and imposing hotel on International Drive, the hotel has lots of facilities and is in a great location to explore Orlando. The rooms are a good size and are very comfortable especially the large beds. The bathroom is quite dated but very functional and a good size.
This is the 3rd year that I have stayed at the Rosen inn for a conference. The facility is clean, the housekeeping staff is efficient and excellent. Staff was very friendly, rooms we’re spotless, the higher the floor, the better the view.
Every time we have had lovely modern, clean rooms, staff at check in have always been friendly and helpful and we’ve enjoyed using the pool. Hotel was clean and safe during the pandemic time. Very pleasant experience during a difficult time!
My room was very nice with great views, service was impeccable. The staff from the bellman, check-in agents, cleaning staff, security, restaurant waiters, cashiers, grounds keepers, information people, and concierge all made you feel like a special guest. I had never heard of this hotel before but will definitely stay there again.
We have stayed at that property more than 150 nights. Very clean, great customer service, easy and convenient walkway to convention center. The hotel is also very close to several restaurants. The pool area is exceptionally spectacular. Friendly staff who have attended to our every need. I am impressed and will be back.
I spent the night here and loved it!! The lobby was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!! The front desk staff were sooo super nice!! The room was very clean and very comfortable!! Everyone was super nice and very helpful. Definitely plan on returning to stay here again.
Fantastic location for a convention visit - really cannot be beat. Property is well kept, employees are professional and courteous, and even the elevators are well thought out to minimize wait time. The rooms are typical, however, clean and comfortable. No issues and would definitely stay here again.
